Jackky Bhagnani is an Indian actor, film producer and entrepreneur. He is the Founder of Indian music label Jjust Music. He worked as an associate producer for the Riteish Deshmukh starrer film ‘Out of Control’ In April 2011, he starred in F.A.L.T.U. The film received mixed reviews. In 2014, he played the role of Prime Minister Abhimanyu Kaul in the film ‘Youngistaan,’ starring Neha Sharma. The film was a box office failure and became the center of controversy when it was rumored to be India’s entry for the Oscars. He played the role of Random Shukla in the short film ‘Carbon’, which highlighted the issue of Global Warming. He also produced the film. Besides films, he has also been featured in several Hindi music videos such as ‘Choodiyan’ and ‘Aa Jaana’.

In 2021, Bhagnani was named accused among nine Bollywood personalities in a complaint filed by a 28-year-old former model at the Bandra police station in Mumbai. In her complaint, former model claimed that she was raped and betweem 2014 and 2019, molested by nine Bollywood personalities, including actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani, photographer Colston Julian, founder of talent management company Kwan Entertainment Anirban Blah, and Krishan Kumar of T-serie.
She claimed that the alleged sexual harassment took place under the pretext of giving her acting opportunities. Following the complaint, the Bandra police registered an FIR against Bhagnani and others under Section 376 (committing rape repeatedly on the same woman) and 354 (molestation) of the Indian Penal Code.
